C. Abdul Hakeem College (Autonomous), Melvisharam
The Seerathun Nabi (Pbuh) Celebration and the Naming Ceremony of the College Mosque were held on Tuesday, 9th September 2025, at 11:20 a.m. at the Masjid Premises of the College.
The mosque, originally constructed by Janab Malack Khizar Hussain Sahib, the then Joint Secretary of MMES, was formally named in honor of his worthy son, the Great Visionary Leader Janab Malack Mohammed Hashim Sahib. The occasion marked a moment of reverence and recognition of the family’s enduring contribution to the growth and development of the institution.
The solemn ceremony was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest Hazrat Moulana Mohammad Salman Sahib Bijnori, Shaikh-ul-Hadees, Darul Uloom Deoband, Uttar Pradesh, along with the distinguished presence of Janab Dr. S. Ziauddin Ahmed Sahib, General Secretary, MMES, Janab G. Mohammed Kaleemullah Sahib, President, MMES, Janab S. Z. Abrar Ahmed, Secretary & Correspondent of the College, the Hon’ble Members of the Managing Committee, revered guests from Melvisharam and neighboring towns, office bearers and members of NGOs, eminent Ulama-e-Kiram, Dr. S. Zaheer Ahmed, Principal, staff members (both teaching and non-teaching), students, and well-wishers of the College.
The gathering truly reflected the spirit of faith, gratitude, and respect towards the noble legacy of the leaders of MMES, while also strengthening the collective resolve to carry forward their vision for education and community service.
