Report on Swachhata Hi Seva 2025
The Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 program, under the nationwide campaign of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, was observed with great enthusiasm and commitment at Vellore on 25.09.2025. The event was inaugurated by the Honourable Mayor of Vellore and the District Collector, who graced the occasion as the chief guests and inspired all participants with their motivating words on the importance of cleanliness and civic responsibility.
A total of 40 NCC cadets from C. Abdul Hakeem College, Melvisharam actively took part in the program. Our cadets, under the guidance of the ANO, displayed great discipline and dedication in spreading the message of cleanliness. The activities included cleaning public areas, removing plastic waste, and creating awareness among the local community about the significance of maintaining hygiene for a healthier society.
The cadets also interacted with the public, encouraging them to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce single-use plastic.
Overall, the event proved to be a meaningful step towards achieving the dream of a clean India. The participation of our NCC cadets showcased their sense of responsibility and service to the nation
