On September 23, 2025, the Youth Red Cross unit of C. Abdul Hakeem College (Autonomous), Melvisharam, organized a blood donation camp at the Seminar Hall. Dr. S. Zaheer Ahmed, the college Principal, inaugurated the event.
The camp saw an enthusiastic response, with nearly 55 students voluntarily donating blood. The collected blood units were handed over to CMC Hospital, Vellore, to support their critical needs. The event was successfully coordinated by Dr. S. Mohamed Rafique, the YRC Programme Officer and YRC Ranipet District organizer for C. Abdul Hakeem College (Autonomous).
